Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with a green glow. Tropical fruit and melon on the nose, lemon curd and white peach behind. Dry and juicy on the palate, with lively, refined acidity holding the fruit in balance and a clean citrus close.
Food Pairing
Seafood, summer salads, white cheese and melon, or lightly spiced Aegean vegetable dishes.
Winemaking Method
Cool fermentation in stainless steel, no oak, no malolactic — everything aimed at keeping the freshness of a grape that is usually eaten rather than pressed.
The Story
Sultaniye is the sultana — the world's great raisin and table grape, and, everyone assumed, no use for serious wine. Paşaeli disagreed. From a 450m vineyard in Buldan, inner-Aegean Denizli, on sand and clay, it makes a dry white with genuine lift and detail. The name is Italian: morso sole, a bite of sun.

Yeşile çalan açık altın sarısı. Burunda tropik meyve ve kavun, arkasında lemon curd ve beyaz şeftali. Damakta kuru ve sulu; canlı, zarif bir asit meyveyi dengede tutuyor, temiz bir narenciye bitişiyle kapanıyor.
