Tasting Notes
Red and black forest fruit, licorice root, graphite, tobacco and earthy notes. Strong yet elegant on the palate, silky tannins providing body and refinement, fresh acidity, balanced structure, intense flavours, long-lasting.
Food Pairing
Beef short rib, dry-aged steak, slow-braised lamb, game, aged hard cheeses.
Winemaking Method
From the oldest vineyards in the terroir, 60+ year old goblet vines, dry farmed, low yield. 14–18 months in new and old French barrels and oak casks.
The Story
Boğazkere literally translates as "throat-burner." This bottle proves that with the right hands, the throat-burner can become the throat-singer.

Kırmızı ve siyah orman meyveleri, meyan kökü, grafit, tütün ve toprağımsı notalar. Damakta güçlü ama zarif; ipeksi tanenler gövdeyi ve inceliği birlikte kuruyor, taze asit, dengeli bir yapı, yoğun aromalar ve uzun bir final.

Boğazkere'nin adı kelime kelime "boğazı yakan" demek. Bu şişe, doğru ellerde boğazı yakanın boğazda şarkı söyleyene dönüşebileceğini gösteriyor.
