The structural case

Türkiye has over 1,200 indigenous grape varieties — most never commercially vinified. Six distinct wine regions with dramatically different climates, soils, and altitudes. Winemakers educated in Europe and the US returning to Anatolia and applying modern techniques to ancestral varieties.
